In the footsteps of Jules Verne, Futuroscope reinvented his voyage around the world using 21st century technology. The Extraordinary Journey, the new attraction it offers its visitors, is unique in Europe. . Thanks to an incredible machine, visitors are taken on a flight around the world, to experience, with legs dangling free, mind-blowing, unique sensations.

The Kinemax and its IMAX® Laser 4K technology offers the most advanced cinema experience in the world and, when night falls, La Forge aux Etoiles, the aquatic fairytale created by the Cirque du Soleil will close the day on a climax (the show runs every evening and is included in the ticket price).

Not to be missed: The Time Machine with the Raving Rabbids and Arthur, the 4D Adventure, two attractions that won prizes for the best attraction in the world.

Q. How do I get to the Futuroscope Park from your hotel?

A. It's very simple. You can just take the Futuroscope Park shuttle bus. Free-of-charge, it runs during the school holidays, every Saturday evening, Sunday morning and on bank holidays. The timetable is posted at hotel reception.

Q. Can I receive a bill before my stay?

A. If necessary, we can provide you a pro-forma bill before the stay, but the final invoice will be created when you check out.

Q. Do you accept pets ?

A. Yes, we accept pets with a 10€ supplement per night. We ask you not to leave them alone in the room and to respect the tranquillity of the other customers.
During your visit of the Futuroscope, you can leave them with the kennel at the entrance of the Park.

Q. What are the opening times of the restaurant?

A. Our restaurant Le Relais is open from Monday to Friday from 12:00–2:00pm and from 7:00–10:00pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00–10:00pm. Reservation advised.

The bar is open every day from 4:00–11:00pm.

Q. Is your swimming pool open all year round?

A. Our indoor heated pool is open every day.

Q. Before what time should we arrive in the evening?

A. A receptionist is present 24 hours a day, every day.

Q. Do you have a car park?

A. The hotel has a private free car park.

Q. Do you have wifi?

A. The hotel has very high speed wifi with an access code available at reception. On arrival, a username will be given to you to use during your stay.

Q. How to I get to your hotel from the Futuroscope station?

A. The hotel has a free shuttle bus that can, subject to availability and reservation at reception, come and get you.

Q. What time is check-in and check-out at Hotel Plaza?

A. Check-in is from 3:00pm. If you arrive early, you can use our secure, free bag store. Check-out is before 12:00pm. However, if you would like a late check-out, an additional cost of €60 will be due. Please contact reception. If you arrive by train, you can use the Baghotel service to transfer your bags.

Q. Can we pay using chèques vacances?

We accept ANCV chèques vacances in payment for hotel bills.
